Green leaves turn red

Orange, yellow, and brown too

Jump in the pile

Then rise up with a smile

The open blue is now gray

But that's really okay

It's a part of fall

We want the leaves to stay

Stay there and not be blown away

Yet that scene is beautiful

The leaves are flowy

Ready to blow away

The tall trees are ready

Ready for the chilly weather

Leaves coming down from them slowly

Slowly as a feather

The leaves' colors are so bright

As if they were new

Fall's color is red
