I was at school waiting for school to end, *the bell rings* “Oh! Yay! School finally ended!” I said to my best friend Yumi, Yumi is a red demon, she has blonde hair and blue eyes, and she's kind!

“Yeah, wanna go see Bently on the field?” Yumi asked. I nodded and we walked to our favorite field. “Hi Bentley!” I shouted, Bently looked at us and waved us over when we got there, Bently said “LOOK!” *It was a cat!*

“Oh!” I said, walking over to the cat “hey kitty” I whispered, the cat looked at me, *the cat walked over to me and rubbed its head on my leg and purred* “awww, she's so cute! She would fit right in with Soot!” I said picking up the cat, “Oh what's that on your paw?” I said, “It looks like a jagged mark on her paw!” said Yumi, I started to walk over with Yumi over to Bentley,

*All of a sudden all my thoughts were gone, all I was thinking about was this little poor cat playing with soot,* *I was really thinking about this hard and finally made a decision. Azul Rose is going to adopt this poor kitty!*

“GUYS GUYS!!!” I said with excitement, *everyone was talking about this poor kitty's name, but they all looked at me with confusion,* “What's up Azul?” said Yumi, “I'M ADOPTING THIS CAT!” I said. “OMG YAY!! THAT'S SUCH A GOOD DECISION I AM SO PROUD OF YOU FOR MAKING THAT DECISION!! Soot is gonna be so proud!” said Yumi excitedly.

*We went to Yumi and I’s dorm and tried to find a babysitter but we failed, until we finally found a babysitter. Well at least- a cat sitter, her name is Lily! We decided to have a chat with her so we invited her over and we started to talk to her about the rules “so you have to ………..” “Well that is it! We will be back during break and that's in around 4-3 hours” I said. Lilly nodded and we walked out to head to class “Cya lily!” said Yumi. We spent 2 hours in class and I have to admit, it was kind of boring, but that was only because WE HAD A SUB!

“Ugh I have to admit that was kind of boring” I said as we walked out of class, “SEE I TOLD YOU!” said Bently laughing at me, * I rolled my eyes as we walked to our next class, it’s the magical creatures class. *For the first time ever I sprinted to class!* “Bye Bentley!” I said waving as I sprinted along to class, “See you at the field?!” said Yumi.

Bentley nodded and said “3:00?” *we both nodded* *After the chat me and Yumi walked to our next class and waited for our teacher to come in*

“Hello class!” Mr. Draa said, “Today we are going to learn about Cat-Dragons!” Mr. Draa said, “Cat-Dragons? I never heard of that?” I whispered, After that I decided to pass notes to Yumi because I didn't want Mr. Draa to hear us. *one minute later, Yumi passed me a note* * I opened it and read* “It’s a dragon that can shapeshift into a cat” I nodded and picked up my note book and started taking notes, but just then the teacher picked up ALL THE NOTES ME AND Yumi PASSED! *uh oh* “ummm Mr. Draa that's personal notes... Oh um here are my actual notes for class” I said terrified, “mm no, I think I will keep these.” Mr. Draa said glaring at me and Yumi, Yumi lifted her hand and made Mr. Draa float! And I was mouthing to Yumi “NO STOP!!” she shook her head, but then she dropped him. *just then…* “BOTH OF YOU TO THE PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE RIGHT NOW!!” He screamed while pointing at the door. “Ugh come on Yumi!” I mumbled as we headed out. “Heh sorry,” Yumi said with embarrassment.

“Its fine” I said as we walked in silence all the way to the principal's office, just as we walked in Mrs. Lexi said “I heard you two used your magic on Mr. Draa'' Yumi nodded silently, and it turns out we had morning detention for 2 weeks “well that's not bad, right?” I said, Yumi nodded. We walked over to Bentley, “Hey! What took you guys so long?” Bentley asked “guess -.-” I said sarcastically, “bathroom? Too much homework? …….office?” he asked, “mhm” I said glaring at Yumi, “well I’m guessing because of Yumi?” “Well duh!” I said, “ Does it look like I have that kind of power?!” I said angrily “WELL I'M SORRY! I'M SORRY I'M NOT PERFECT ENOUGH TO BE YOUR INNOCENT BEST FRIEND!!” “Hey gu-” “SHUT IT BENTLEY!!” said Yumi angrily “YOU KNOW WHAT?! WE AREN'T FRIENDS ANYMORE” I shouted at Yumi, “come on Bentley!” I said glaring at Yumi,

*2 days later* “uhm hey Azul” said Yumi, “ugh what do you want from me” I said feeling guilty, “oh uhm I just wanted to say sorry, it’s okay if you’re not there yet, I just want to let you know that ever since the fight I was crying myself to sleep.” said Yumi walking away, “WAIT!” I said chasing after her, “I wanted to say sorry, I felt really bad and plus its only 2 weeks of detention, I just overreacted, and I felt bad, and I haven't been able to fall asleep ever since the fight, I’m really really really sorry” I said, tears running down my face, “NO! DON'T CRY!” Yumi said feeling bad, “it's my fault anyway” , said Yumi. “Let's go find Bentley” I said, “There he is!” Said Yumi, “hey bents!” I said laughing, “ready to go to class?” I asked “yeah! I'm ready! Please don't call me that” Bently whined “too bad” I said laughing.

We all walked to class and Yumi left to go to her class while me and Bently went to ours. We walked inside and walked to our seats and I dropped all my books down on my desk “You always have so many books Azul!” Bently said laughing “Be quiet bents” I grumbled sitting down. He continued to laugh at me till class started “EVERYONE QUIET DOWN” Ms. Feather shouted over all the talking. I set up my books and notes. So I'm ready for class.

After around an hour of class, me and Bently walked to the field to meet up with Yumi for lunch. “Hey Yumi!” I said walking over to her and sitting down Yumi waved. I put my lunch down and Bently sat down next to me. Me Yumi and Bently talked while we were eating lunch. After lunch we walked back to me and Yumi's dorm to say hello to Soot and Jagged “ahhh! I just want to see Soot and Jagged” I said, starting to speed up so I can get to the dorm faster “SLOW DOWN AZUL!” Yumi shouted while running after me. But I ignored her and kept on running to the dorm. I opened the dorm to see Jagged and Soot cuddling on the couch while Lilly was making food “Hey!” I said walking over to her. She turned around and waved “hi! I was just making some food while the cats were sleeping” She responded smiling “yeah I can see! Well they look like they are pretty tired” I responded “Yeah they played a lot! They were really well behaved” Lilly said. I nodded and walked over to the couch “Hey kitties” I whispered Soot jumped up and started rubbing his head on my hand. I laughed and then walked away. “Well here is your money!” I said while giving her a dollar bill, “Oh! Thank you! I would love to come again!” she said “oh yeah! Sure!” I said happily “I would love to have you again! May I see your schedule so I can see when you're free?” I asked, “Sure thing! Here!” she said while I read it, “perfect! We can use a cat sitter next Friday!” I said, looking at her smiling.

Just then *BOOM* the cats went to hide behind the couch looking terrified, “what was that?!”Yumi said, jumping. “LILY TAKE THE CATS AND HIDE!!” I shouted. “Me, Bentley, and Yumi will go outside and see what it was!” I said bravely and kind of scared. Lily nodded and grabbed the cats and hid in my bedroom behind my vanity, we all ran outside and saw 4 baby dragons! “LOOK I SEE 4 BABY DRAGONS!!” I yelled at the top of my lungs, “There must be the momma dragon looking for them! I can hear her roars!” Bentley yelled at the top of his lungs. “BENTLY GO GET YOUR CROSSBOW!” I yelled, Bentley nodded and went to grab his crossbow. I told Yumi I would go get the baby dragons. “I WILL FLY AROUND AND SEE HOW CLOSE THE DRAGON IS! AZUL GO LET THE BABY DRAGONS FREE” Yumi shouted, I nodded and ran to the room with the baby dragons in it.

“Hey guys your momma is here to save you! You can probably hear her roaring right now” I said, opening the cages. The baby dragons ran straight to the door “yes yes let me let you guys out” I yelled over all their little roars, I opened the door and saw fire everywhere *what….* I thought “Yumi, Bentley! WHAT HAPPENED!!” I shouted but heard no answer. I looked around for who knows how long but I didn't find them. “Yumi Bently, where are you?!” I shouted starting to get worried “Azul… they got taken away by the dragon..” Mr. Draa said, “WHAT?!” I screamed “WE HAVE TO FIND THEM!” I shouted again “And we will. You can go with Emily in the morning” Mr. Draa responded. I nodded sadly “It will be okay Azul. I promise we will get them back. You should sleep so you’re ready for tomorrow” Mr. Draa said. “Mhm” I mumbled walking away to go to my dorm. The next morning I called Lilly to see if she could cat-sit for a couple weeks and she agreed. I packed up and kissed Soot and Jagged goodbye. Soot mewed when I opened the door to leave and I said “I'll be back soon” “well I hope” I mumbled under my breath. I walked to the front of the school. Emily turned around and waved at me smiling. I smiled back sadly. “Hey I guess we are going on an adventure together!” Emily said. I nodded “Well we better get going before dark” She said putting her bags in the wagon. I walked to the wagon and dropped my bags in. I walked to Carmel on my horse and climbed on. Emily walked to her horse and got on to it. “Walk on Carmel” I said, patting Carmel’s neck. Then our travels begin.
