I went on a walk

On a very nice day

I saw that the weather was beautiful

I saw the leaves on the tree sway

I let my lungs

Refill with fresh air

There was a gentle breeze

And the wind rustled in my hair

As I walk, I count my steps

1, 2, 3, 4

Walking is so pleasant you see

I want to do it some more

I hear the tap, tap of my shoes

Hitting the walkway

I hear the jingle, jingle of keys in my pocket

Which I will use to open the doorway

I like to go on walks

It is nice

In one day

I could go twice
